Pets

Pets are only allowed in the efficiency apartment and only with prior written permission from Green River Bridge Inn.

 

Reservation Deposit

We request that 50% of the total booking (excluding Vermont and Guilford taxes of 10%) be paid at the time of booking.  The balance is due upon arrival at the Inn.  

 

Cancellations

We are a small property, and cancellations and “no shows” impact us greatly. Please keep that in mind and give us as much notice as possible prior to cancelling. If you must change or cancel any part of your reservation, notice of fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival must be given to avoid forfeiture of your deposit and a notice of seven (7) days prior to the date of arrival must be given to avoid forfeiture of the entire cost of the reservation. In the event the cancellation is received less than seven (7) days prior to your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and is non-refundable, unless we can re-book the room.  If you have concerns about this policy we would suggest using travel insurance.  We trust you understand why this is very important for our continued operation.
